Meet Coach CJ

Welcome to my page. This is an introduction to my approach to real life relationship coaching. There is one basic component to all relationships, getting your needs met. Everyone has a need to be heard. Hearing someone and listening to them are two very different things. I may be listening to the words you are saying but it doesn’t mean that I hear what you are saying. You have to be present in order to hear someone and you have to be willing to meet their need to be heard. This is one of my many personal beliefs and practices that I utilize in my own relationships. I am a single mother of seven adult children. Their father moved out of state when the baby was eight months old. It was a journey filled with experience. I didn’t have anyone to guide me through the darkness. I want to be for you what I wish I had, a guide to help you navigate through the darkness and get unstuck when you are stuck. I am hear to teach practical strategies for relationships and parenting rooted in real-world experience.

A tidy, light-wood workspace features a large corkboard on a white wall, covered with neatly arranged note cards and colored string forming clear pathways and goals. Each card bears simple, legible keywords like “relationships,” “trust,” and “parenting,” connected in an intentional pattern. On the desk below, a closed silver laptop sits beside a small sand hourglass and a minimalist, matte-gray ceramic planter holding a thriving green plant. Soft, diffused daylight enters from an unseen window to the left, creating subtle highlights on the laptop and warm tones on the corkboard. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated angle with moderate depth of field, conveys structure, organization, and steady progress. The mood is professional yet reassuring, ideal for illustrating a coaching process that brings order and clarity to complex life situations.
